What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan stays genuinely useful: one location record, claiming and verification, a dashboard, and eligibility for public publication. Essential public facts are never removed because a business does not pay — payment unlocks management tools, not corrections to essential facts.
How does billing work?
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. You can cancel any time from Manage Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period. Nothing you have created — records, locations, articles, offers, events or history — is ever deleted when a plan changes.

What if I need more than 25 locations?
Franchise and Enterprise agreements are arranged directly with Local Internet Group — or contact us. Additional locations beyond a plan's limit are never sold automatically.
